With the help of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Scrum Team Workshop you will answer the questions of who the Scrum Team is, how a Scrum Team operates within your organization and what the responsibilities of the different roles are. At the same time, it allows you to identify intersections and define interactions with the Scrum Team.

Target audience

This workshop is designed for Scrum Teams that are at the start of their agile transformation and want to define the structure, intersections and roles. At the same time, this workshop enables existing Scrum Teams to challenge the status quo and integrate stakeholders or other interest groups into the Scrum Process. 

 

Number of participants

This workshop is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.

This workshop can be held at your own office, at a location of your choice or online.
